Driving Recruitment Consultant

Accountable for drawing job candidates and matching them with provisional for permanent positions with client companies.

Responsibilities:
Management of a live driver pool of up to 75 temporary workers on a day-to-day basis.
Management of all current clients in the South West region on a day-to-day basis.
Upsell to current clients to increase revenue.
Achieve and improve performance in key performance indicators (KPIs).
Excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
With a proactive approach, schedule and manage regular client meetings and reviews.
Excellent commercial grasp of the customer and temporary workforce management per corporate budget.
Maintain rigorous compliance and a thorough awareness of all rules and regulations, including those governing the recruitment industry and the driver working time directive.

Requirements:
Experience recruiting in the transportation or industrial sectors
A genuine desire to advance and contribute to the company’s success.
Full driving license in the US.
Excellent communicator with a sense of humor who can develop great relationships.
Drivers’ hours and requirements are well-understood.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented and goal-oriented.
Previous experience managing a significant blue-chip client’s recruitment desk.
Working in a high-pressure setting is a plus.
