Responsibilities:
Control the flow and pressure of gas for utility companies.
Manage gas distribution for a municipal or industrial plant, or for a specific industrial process.
Look for pressure variations that are out of the ordinary.
To alleviate overcrowding, install a new pipe.
Make modifications to the governor.
Ensure that the plant follows all safety and environmental regulations.
Conceive, plan, and execute plant improvement projects.
Determine the fundamental cause of process irregularities and take corrective action
Conduct inspections and audits
