Head of Human Resources

Overseeing human resource systems, managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, hiring employees, designing training programs, and developing compensation plans.

Ability to boldly and independently deal with complicated HR issues, including TUPE.
Taking care of any matters relating to employment, such as work grievances and harassment allegations.
Assist the HR Manager with complex employee relations cases.
Internal Senior Management Team coaching and mentoring.
To ensure that the Group meets all legal requirements in human resources.
Creating staff engagement plans and a strong employer brand.
Working as an escalation point for ER issues. Assisting HR Business Partners with difficult problems.
Work with senior management to develop a business-focused HR strategy, influencing them on the appropriate course of action in all HR topics.
Project manage several HR projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and budget.
Keep a good working connection with the European payroll team.
Take a strong role in influencing, developing, and impacting HR strategy.
Manage the day-to-day HR function and all necessary actions in collaboration with the HR Director and HRLT to progress the people strategy and plan.

Experience as a productive member of a leadership team.
Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels.

Working understanding of employment legislation that is up to date.
