HR Manager

Managing tasks such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management

Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of training and organize induction modules for new employees.
Reviewing letters and papers in preparation for official hearings and offering comments to Line Managers as needed.
Ascertain that all SLAs are met or exceeded.
Ensure that all HR data and systems are current and accurate.
Streamlining service level agreements and identifying cost-cutting opportunities by bringing services in-house.
Keep track of pending new recruits, approval requests, and termination requests.
As the group’s business portfolio grows, managing complex transfer agreements of various sizes.
Collaborate closely with the Onboard Learning and Development Officer to offer appropriate and relevant training.
Ensure that efficient employee relations are maintained in accordance with business requirements through the Company Council.
In the case of grievances, performance management, sickness, and disciplinary procedures, provide expert counsel across many business disciplines.
Provide a professional HR service to the fleet/ship by providing an effective HR service onboard that is pragmatic, commercial, and solution-oriented.
From top management to operator level, improving process efficiency in all phases of recruitment, selection, and onboarding phases.

Requirements:
Proficiency in written and oral English.
Continuous commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Experience creating HR policies and processes to guarantee legal compliance.
Collaborate with line managers to assess training needs and develop and implement a cost-effective and meaningful Learning and Development Plan.
Sincere, dependable, and dedicated, with a strong customer-focused mentality.
Excellent calendar management and prioritization abilities.
Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and the capacity to effectively communicate across multiple areas.
