Inside Sales Consultant
Answering phone calls and identifying sales opportunities Conducting customer surveys, researching competitors’ performance and analyzing data are all part of the job.

Responsibilities:
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references or tradeshows.
Responding to possible client inquiries and follow-up phone calls.
Understanding the demands of the client and providing solutions and support.
Presenting and providing information to prospective customers.
Prospective client creation and maintenance in the sales automation system.
Making outbound calls to prospective clients.
Keeping a database of prospective client information.
Closing sales and guiding clients through the closing process.

Requirements:
Demonstrable sense of urgency.
Capability to establish and maintain excellent customer and internal relationships
This entry-level sales position would suit a recent graduate wishing to start a career in technology sales.
Business personality is required, as well as an outstanding telephone manner.
Experience with TAS (targeted account selling) or a comparable sales methodology is highly desirable.
Prior experience selling solutions is extremely desirable.

Ability to manage realistic consumer expectations and swiftly generate trust – including respectful “pushback” when necessary.
