Support the lawyers with a variety of tasks such as legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, preparing hearings, trials, and meetings, and organizing and maintaining files.
Assuring that all of the required data is acquired to lead the investigation properly.
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of empathy at all times.
Consultation with lawyers and other legal specialists
Emails and quotes to follow up on phone calls.
Setting up meetings.
Taking care of all incoming phone and email inquiries.
Excellent telephone manner.
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative setting.
Ability to work successfully in a team while still being able to operate independently.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Although legal experience is appreciated, it is not required.
Ability to function under duress when handling a high volume of calls.
Strong IT skills are required.
