Shop Manager

Oversee a shop’s day-to-day operations and assure its overall excellence.

Responsibilities:
Employee recruitment, training, supervision and evaluation.
Work schedules for employees are being prepared.
Disputes, queries and concerns from employees are addressed.
Assuring that all employees follow safety guidelines, company policies and procedures.
All money-handling procedures are managed and accounted for.
Inventory ordering, recording and management.
Assuring that the shop is well-stocked, tidy and pleasant to the eye.
Motivate Employees to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Taking care of consumer problems.

Requirements:
GED or high school diploma required.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Previous management or retail experience is required.
Excellent leadership and management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Accounting fundamentals.
Strong customer focus and decision-making abilities.
