As needed, to assist and attend a foster carer support group.
To collaborate closely with any agency and all workers to match children with homes.
Be willing to work flexibly, including evening and weekend shifts, as needed, within the duty rota system or in an emergency.
To serve as a member of the Foster Care Panel if necessary.
Contribute to the growth of the fostering service.
Supporting and supervising mainstream foster carers.
Supervision of a foster care pool.
Home visits in the Bradford District and sometimes further afield.
Caregivers might benefit from flexible working hours and after-hours assistance.
Direct work with children and adolescents to promote positive outcomes and stable placements.
Participation in all elements of the organization, including helping foster carers’ training, ensuring carers’ compliance with fostering standards and monitoring and adhering to all safeguarding components.
Inform the Registered Manager.
Formal evaluations and a panel presentation
Working experience in a Fostering Team is preferred.
A Recognized Social Work Qualification\

Full driving license and access to a car.
Willing to go through child protection screening, including job references and a background check.
