RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
• Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
• Accurately input large volumes of data, including billing and credit card details, during migration from one system to another.
• Ensure all information is entered with precision and in compliance with company standards.
• Quality Control:
• Conduct thorough reviews of data entries to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors promptly.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
• Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive information, including billing and credit card details, with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 Years administrative/data entry experience required
• Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently to provide quality service within a high volume environment.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
