The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience, possess in-depth knowledge of antitrust law, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. The role involves representing clients in civil litigation, participating in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and handling criminal enforcement matters.

• Represent clients in antitrust-related civil litigation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant information.
• Participate in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations.
• Handle criminal enforcement matters related to antitrust issues.

• 3-6 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on antitrust law.
• Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law and related regulations.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas or ability to obtain admission.

• Proficient in legal research and case analysis.
