A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Antitrust Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience, possess in-depth knowledge of antitrust law, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills. The role involves representing clients in civil litigation, participating in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and handling criminal enforcement matters.
Duties:- Represent clients in antitrust-related civil litigation proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Participate in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations.
- Handle criminal enforcement matters related to antitrust issues.
- 3-6 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on antitrust law.
- Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
- Substantive knowledge of antitrust law and related regulations.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of Texas or ability to obtain admission.
- Proficient in legal research and case analysis.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with relevant legal software and technology.
