Today, we serve millions of customers across multiple products, leveraging innovative design, data, engineering, and other core capabilities to provide customers with powerful tools and products that are grounded in value, transparency, and simplicity.

Responsibilities:

  • Review legal documents for accuracy and completeness such as: Power of Attorney, Death Certificates, and Executor of Estate documents
  • Facilitate meetings with legal by keeping organized schedules and providing agendas with specific case information
  • Ensure assigned cases are worked and completed within applicable service level
  • Verify E-filings with respective county clerks
  • Address escalated customer inquiries over the phone such as Supervisor Calls and follow-up calls
  • Assess current processes, identify bottlenecks, and trends and propose process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent military experience
  • 1 years of experience minimum as a probate paralegal or in a similar legal role
  • General understanding of probate laws, power of attorney laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Proficiency in legal research, document review, and case management

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Business Administration or Social Sciences
  • Paralegal Certificate not required but strongly preferred.
