ASSOCIATE PEOPLE ANALYTICS DATA ENGINEERING & REPORTING AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM

Base Salary is $115K to $175K (based upon candidate and experience)

Discretionary Year-end Bonus; and Excellent Benefits

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced data engineering and reporting professional to join its Human Resources Analytics and Products Team as an Associate. In this role, you will curate employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business.

We work in a hybrid model where employees are in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree or higher required.

Two to Five (2-5) years of Relevant Experience Working in a Data Science or Data Engineering Setting are required.

People Analytics experience is preferred, but not required.

Proficiency in using Python for ETL development and data transformation and analytics is required.

Willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates, and drive projects to completion is essential.

Ability to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information is essential.

Candidates with an affinity for data wrangling and finding the perfect way to display data for a senior audience.

Individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service, have impressive interpersonal communication skills, and have an ability to see how small details impact the bigger picture will thrive in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

You will implement and maintain the technical infrastructure that drives HCAP's reporting capabilities, primarily by developing ETL pipelines and data transformation and analytics scripts in Python. You will build dashboards for the firm's senior leadership using a proprietary Python library and design other reporting products from the ground up.
