Description

HUNT Real Estate ERA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Sales Professional to add to our growing leadership team. The Branch Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all operations of their assigned Branch, consistent with the Company's vision, mission, and core values. The Branch Director will be committed to the growth of their assigned Branch, building and managing a team of goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Professionals, who together, achieve and exceed Branch and Company-wide listing and sales goals. This position also includes responsibilities as an Associate Real Estate Broker on behalf of the Company.

Recruitment

Collaborating with the Regional General Manager and the Business Development Manager to determine:

  • Branch Primary Market Area (PMA)
  • Current and desired Market Share within the PMA
  • Current capacity of the Branch, including maintaining optimum sales staff to achieve Market Share goals

Selection

  • Manage the hiring process and hiring of all Sales Professionals recruited for the Branch

Training

  • Demonstrate sales skills mastery in group meetings and in the field with Sales Professionals
  • Coaching all Sales Professionals that express such a need on personal production, utilizing the Integrity Coaching method and system
  • Demonstrate mastery of and accurately interprets data derived from Company systems and tools
  • Demonstrate mastery of Listening Inventory Management and successful listing and marketing strategies

Management

  • Collaborate with the Regional General Manager and the CFO to develop monthly and annual listening inventory, unit and sales volume, and SCSL goals
  • Educate Sales Professionals and staff on, and enforce, corporate policies & procedures, local MLS rules, National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, and State License Requirements
  • Monitor and manage all Branch leads and other inbound prospect activity
  • Maintain appropriate staffing during normal business hours of operation

  • Ability to develop and implement plans to achieve monthly and annual objectives
  • Ability to work in a cooperative, collegial manner with Regional and Corporate management
  • Ability and eagerness to work in and promote a team environment
  • Valid Driver's License

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of successful experience in Real Estate sales required
  • 3+ years management experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Associate Real Estate Broker License required

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 15 lbs.
  • Local travel required (up to 50% of time)

The starting base salary for this position is $60,000-$100,000 per year. This position is also eligible for additional incentive compensation (bonuses, commissions, etc.) based on pre-determined personal and team performance metrics. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, classification, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
