We are seeking a(n) Cash Control Auditor for Dollywood Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

This individual is driven to create meaningful experiences for our hosts, guests, and community while ensuring the success and profitability of our unique offerings. They also bring fun, authenticity, collaboration, creativity, and genuine hospitality to their life and work. We seek an individual who can bring the vision of the resorts to life. The right Cash Control Auditor checklist will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.

Summary of Essential Functions

  • Ensure strict adherence to company cash control policies and procedures.
  • Count money and ensure sales are completed accurately.
  • Process credit cards for locations without credit card capabilities and/or issues.
  • Assist Shift Coordinator with audits on daily cash fund bags.
  • Operate all cash Office equipment.
  • Assist Hosts with Cash Office/deposit questions and problems.
  • Provide friendly, kind and caring customer service.
  • Be team oriented, self-motivated and self-supervising.
  • Maintain consistent accuracy related to job duties.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Perform multiple tasks, be able to compile data and prepare financial reports.
  • Meet deadlines/working to complete task by identified time.
Management reserves the right to add/change these duties at any time.

Education and Experience Required
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of cash handling experience.
  • Knowledge of/ability to learn cash counting systems.
  • Computer knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Pass criminal background and credit check.

  • Able to tolerate temperatures of below 0 to 110 degrees.
  • Able to work outdoors.
  • Able to work in an area that may have mechanical hazards, moving objects, and detergents/chemicals. Protective covering for feet required.
  • Able to work continuously in a confined space, in close quarters without distracting coworkers.
  • Able to operate/drive a golf cart.
  • Able to work in all types of weather, extreme heat, cold, and temperature changes including rain, humidity, heights, noise, dry, and dust (changing frequently).
  • Able to lift maximum weight 50 lbs., carrying maximum weight 50 lbs., pushing maximum weight 300 lbs. and pulling maximum weight of 300 lbs.
  • Able to frequently stand, sit, and walk in all types of weather on uneven surfaces, climb, (up and down hills, stairs) for long periods of time.
  • Able to have continuous use of hands, finger movement, feeling, reaching high and low, kneeling, stooping, bending, twisting, and rapid working speed.
  • Able to maintain a neat and clean work area.
  • Able to operate 10 key calculators.
  • Able to learn computer Software required for duties.
  • Must be willing to work week-ends/holidays/nights/days/OT/at various locations.
  • Able to hear, see and speak.
  • Able to speak, read and write English.
  • Able to smile and make eye contact to make a friendly impression when greeting guests, vendors and other employees.
  • Must have manual dexterity necessary to complete all job duties.
  • Able to sit and/or stand for long/short periods.
  • Able to maintain good personal hygiene.
  • Able to get along with other employees to work out problems and resolve conflicts.
  • Able to comprehend instructions and retain information.
  • Able to maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to tolerate a fast-paced, hectic environment.
  • Able to be flexible to handle frequent changes in priorities.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and complete assignments on time.
