We seek highly motivated individuals for entry-level to Project Manager positions , to join our growing team of experienced and dedicated professionals. The ideal candidate is familiar with PROSCI and/or has successfully applied change management practices and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, management and frontline training, one-on-one coaching, and individual mentoring.

Must-Have the Following Requirements

  • Ability to travel 100% of the week (from Sunday night to Friday)
  • Have a valid Driver’s licence
  • Valid passport (American, Canadian, and/or Mexican)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of overall general business experience
  • Experience in Operational Consulting (MOS development)
  • Experience in the manufacturing and food industries (very strong asset)
  • Experience providing training and coaching
  • Strong analytical and mathematical proficiencies
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Practitioner with the Prosci ADKAR Model
  • Demonstrated knowledge/understanding/exposure to Continuous Improvement concepts such as PMO, Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, JIT, MRP, ERP, procurement, supply chain, inventory management, etc
  • PMP certification (asset)
  • Proficient to expert level with Excel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to succeed

Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing project environment.
