Commercial Banking Credit Finance & Business Management Data Analytics & Reporting - Senior Associate

In this role, you will join our Credit Portfolio Metrics Reporting team supporting data analysis and business management covering credit portfolios; it is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with various senior stakeholders. In this role, you will bring your proven analytics & reporting skills, business management knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills and a great attention to detail. You will learn core business processes and help achieve strategic plans by providing actionable insights & analysis in credit/lending portfolios.   

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage various data analysis and reporting processes covering credit portfolios, by managing a high-volume and high-complexity reporting & analytics book of work, leverage rigorous project management discipline
• Assist with key business management functions, including project management, analysis for management reporting and ad-hoc requests related to credit portfolios; perform as subject matter expert for various reporting processes and products
• Engage with various senior stakeholders across Risk, Banking, Finance, Product, Technology, by eliciting and documenting requirements, gathering feedback and presenting to stakeholders of reporting products and drive next steps
• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis
• Identify, define and present actionable solutions and insights; ‘story-telling’ with complex data
• Develop strong partnership with technology and data management team for continual support around reporting products

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Management
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and analysis in the financial services industry
• Experience of advanced analytics with complex data sets from various data sources, proven expertise of SQL coding and Python, R scripting
• Experience designing and implementing analytical-based business process including data visualization in dashboards, using data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Tableau.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to support executive ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. 
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities; ability to support executive ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communication including presentation and data visualization skills and strong relationship management skills
