We're seeking passionate and experienced Cannabis Compliance Consultants to collaborate with multiple clients across the US. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise to various cultivation projects and help shape the success of our industry in the rapidly evolving cannabis market.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on cannabis compliance regulations for retail, cultivation, and processing operations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' compliance practices and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement tailored compliance strategies to align with local and state regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving cannabis laws and regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely advice.
• Collaborate closely with clients' teams to establish and maintain compliant standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance protocols and regulatory changes.
• Assist clients in preparing for and navigating regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Cannabis Compliance Consultant with expertise in retail, cultivation, and processing.
• In-depth knowledge of local and state cannabis regulations across various jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements for retail, cultivation, and processing facilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site consultations.
