Multiple Construction Management PositionsDallas, Texas

Our continued growth has generated a need for multiple positions with our firm in Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Phoenix, AZ, Denver, CO and Orlando, FL. We are currently accepting resumes for staff for the following positions:
Project Construction Manager
Resident Engineer
Project Control Specialist/Office Engineer/Document Control Specialist
Change Manager
QA Inspectors – Concrete, Asphalt, Structural, MEP etc.
Tenant Finish Inspectors
Estimator
Scheduler
These positions will offer individuals flexibility and opportunities to work on high-profile projects as we grow our markets in the region.

Typical Job Functions:
Coordinate projects with Clients, Contractors, and 3rd parties involved with the projects.
Coordinate project and schedule updates and workforce scheduling.
Read and understand construction plans.
Perform work site visits and maintain logs.
Research and respond to RFIs as needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Record and file necessary records pertaining to construction progress including daily reports, As-Built Plans, and final documentation.
Assist in the review of contractor progress payments.
Provide field support services for submittals, RFIs, and requests for contract change orders.
Document and develop reports of on-site observations, as-built conditions, non-conformances, and inspections of construction activities with photographic records and entry into computer systems.
Document change order work in the field.
Document labor and equipment expenditures on force account work.
Monitor the contractor's quality control activities, including contractor's materials sampling and testing.
Web-based document control systems and field PDA reporting systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Primary Qualifications:
Education commensurate with job responsibilities.
Certified Construction Manager designation highly preferred.
Will greatly consider multiple years of program/construction management experience
Positive service-oriented attitude.
Able to communicate construction progress clearly and concisely, orally and written.
Knowledge of safety standards and construction activities means and methods.
Able to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and inspection instructions.
Knowledgeable in use of computers and applicable software per position/job duties.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Excellent problem solving/analysis skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions and conditions that are associated with construction and development projects.
Salary Ranges Based on Experience:
Less than 5 years of experience - $65-$70K depending on location.
5-10 years of experience - $75-$120K depending on location.
10+ years of experience with licenses and/or certifications - $130K+ depending on location.
