Judge Scott, District Court Judge (Polk County - 111931)Vacant, District Associate Judge (Polk County)Hon. Judge Kemp, District Judge (Polk County - 140179)Hon. Judge Porter, District Judge (Polk County 111957)Hon. Judge Lauber, District Judge (Polk County - 111952 part-time)Hon. Judge Franklin, District Associate Judge (Wayne County - 111927)Hon. Judge Greenwood, District Judge (Decatur County - 111941)Hon. Judge Faith, District Court Judge (Dallas County)Hon. Judge Smith, District Court Judge (Polk County)Hon. Candidates must follow the instructions in the "To Apply" section.Positions in this class are exempt from the screening and referral requirements of the Iowa Department of Administrative Services - Human Resources Enterprise.Minimum Qualification RequirementsGraduation from an accredited high school (or High School Equivalency) and graduation from a school of court reporting.Must be certified by the Iowa Board of Shorthand Reporters within 12 months of employment, and certification must be maintained as a condition of employment. Certification demonstrates proficiency based on the standard of the National Court Reporters Association for the earned designation of Registered Professional Reporter or the National Verbatim Reporters Association for the earned designation of Certified Verbatim Reporter.Court Reporter will purchase and maintain court reporting software and stenotype machines and/or verbatim recording equipment.Travel required.01Do you understand that the answers to all of the following questions must be truthful, honest, and accurate to the best of your ability?
