Data Entry Operators:

Lexingtion KY Area

Data Entry is open from 7:00 am – Clean Desk.

$15 an hour during training (Saturdays/OT )

Job Details:

  • This is a primarily seated position with repetitive movements of the arm, wrist, and fingers.

  • $15 per hour during training and then will convert to peace pay

  • Plus great benefits package day one!

  • Training can last up 6 – 8 weeks to 3 months, depending on the learning style of the applicant

  • Work Schedule Offered: 7:00 am to clean desk, Saturdays possible.

  • overtime will be required

Requirements:

  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check.

  • Must be able to work ovetime

  • Must be dependable and show up to work everyday

  • Must be able to lift to 20 lbs. consistently.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

  • Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Additional Details:

  • having the availability to accept any schedule within business hours. There will be occasions when it will be necessary to work after the shift’s end to complete the day’s work

  • Keying information found on claim forms into the claims program, using the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as a guide

  • Matching documents to claim records based on information in the document and criteria found in the SOP.

  • Recognizing key words in a document and using those to determine the type of document provided as stated by the SOP.

  • Recognizing when work is not flowing correctly in the workflow and communicating that to the Supervisor.

-Reporting any system issues to the Supervisor so that they may be resolved.

  • Using the first 2 numbers of a document name item, recognizing what types of documents are available to be processed. Following Standard Turn Around Time guidelines (TAT) will then determine which workflow they should be working.

  • Reviewing work graded by Quality in any areas that need improvement. Working with the trainer and SOP to gain an understanding of the errors so that they may maintain a “B” average or higher.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $23560 - $29450.
