Responsibilities

By doing Remote Data Entry, you'll play a vital role in inputting and updating travel itineraries, bookings, and client details accurately and efficiently

Enter and update travel data with precision

Collaborate with agents and partners for accuracy

Verify data completeness and confidentiality

Support administrative tasks and team efforts

You will report to a data manager or other senior member of the data team

Transfer data from paper formats to computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners

Enter data provided directly by customers

Create spreadsheets with a large number of figures without errors

Verify data by comparing it with source documents

Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested

Qualifications

Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Self-motivated with a passion for travel

High school diploma or equivalent

Demonstrated experience as a data entry clerk

Excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet tools (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Basic knowledge of databases
