3-5 years of professional experience, should have worked on projects in the past and are able to move from task to task. - Know the amount of documentation required by a big bank project. - Project management experience in UAT. - Good Excel skills, can perform v-lookups, x-lookups, pivots, and be able to do analysis on that. –

This team acts as a middle office supporting commodities product groups on the sales and trading side, runs pretty thin resource-wise. This is a team of 9 entirely based in Charlotte, the trading team is a team of 50 based out of Houston.
Currently they are updating the Endur eCRM system used as the system of record from version 18 to 23. Trading on every commodity except for Electricity. The middle office is responsible for anything on a trade after it’s executed, making sure it executes correctly.
Have a P&L and Risk Reporting team for what was made and lost daily, a market data team doing market analysis and pulling in volatility matrixes, and a trade management team that makes amendments to trades and runs reconciliations. 3 team members are in leadership, 3 in P&L, 1 in trade management, 1 in market data. This person will be a bit of hybrid but will trend more towards supporting trade management in their production, primarily by doing reports.
Duties include daily trading profit & loss reporting and analysis/attribution, trade capture, systems and risk management. The candidate will be responsible for all middle office support functions for the energy derivatives middle office related to the financial commodities trading desk. The primary products of support will be futures, swaps, options, swaptions and structured products traded on the exchange as well as OTC.
Qualifications Ability to demonstrate quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to demonstrate written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to organize verbal and written communication to clarify purpose and importance, stress major points and follow a logical sequence. Ability to comprehend communication from others; attend to and correctly interpret messages then respond appropriately.
