Position Summary
We are a
growing consulting firm in need of a reliable and talented Operations
Manager. Your work as an Operations Manager will make a real
difference as you support the Response Team with various tasks. Your
work will directly impact our ability to help our clients and
communities respond and recover after a storm, enabling us to
successfully initiate and deliver projects, and rapidly respond to our
clients' needs by having boots on the ground immediately after
disaster strikes.

responsible, and confident individual with a commitment to integrity
and the ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and

Essential
Job Functions
Act courteously, respectfully, and professionally
with Residents, Contractors, County or City officials, fellow
employees, and managerial personnel.
Report to work on time at
designated area and check in with Supervisor.
Coordinate and
conduct daily safety briefing with all WOB personnel.
Manage and
coordinate all field operations.
Coordinate truck certification
process with hauling contractor.
Coordinate schedules and
assignments with debris removal contractors.
Monitor and regulate
staffing levels.
Assign monitoring crews to work locations.
Implement Quality Control system.
Provide oversight and
training of all monitors and supervisory staff.
Liaison with
debris removal contractors.
Assist in an advisory capacity for
eligibility review and determination on debris issues in the field.
Assist in determining environmental considerations and compliance.
Provide staffing support for file management and data collection
and analysis of debris operations.
Coordinate Right of Entry,
Demolition and Private Property Debris Removal Programs.
Ensure
daily that all paperwork and documentation is complete and correct.
Send all daily totals to the PM for daily SitRep.
Minimum
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
1 to 2 years of
experience as an Operations Manager.
Ability to always follow
safety protocols and work instructions.
Ability to pass a drug
screen, motor vehicle, and criminal background check.
Must have
valid Drivers License (not suspended) and active auto insurance
Ability to work up to 75-80 hours per week as needed during
response period, including weekends.
Ability to work in high
degree temperatures with high humidly for long periods during the day.
Possess a cellular phone with charger.
Positive, friendly,
courteous customer and client skills.
Strong leadership skills and
proven great teamwork engagement.
