Full Job Description
What you will do in this role:- Engage with users and researchers to understand their unique accessibility needs for our products, including defining and synthesizing user types, use cases and specific UX opportunities.
- Create and execute on processes for regular accessibility audits on the product suite.
- Verify compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, ADA, Section 508, and other laws related to accessibility.
- Collaborate with the broader team to define and deliver manual accessibility testing standards.
- Discuss defects and offer design and high-level code guidance and solutions.
- Act as the team expert on accessibility.
- Be the point person for accessibility questions and work to educate the wider team on delivering accessible products.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrate experience driving accessibility in digital, customer-facing programs
- Expertise in accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA, Section 508, and others as appropriate
- Strong experience with a broad range of accessibility platforms
- Web accessibility on Windows and macOS
- Mobile accessibility on Android and iOS
- Video and other digital media
- Broad experience with digital assistive technologies (i.e. JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack)

- Team primarily uses Mac but Windows works as well
Education:
Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related work experience.
