* Management and administration of four production units (bakery, confectionery, chocolate and ice cream);

* Quality control and compliance with product technology and standards;

* Initiating and implementing the expansion of the current range, and developing and introducing new products;

* Organization and key role in expanding and scaling up production;

* Optimization and automation of production business processes;

* Management and development of production personnel;

* Standardization and reporting of production activities;

* Control and accounting for incoming raw materials/output of finished products.

* Higher professional education;

* Similar work experience from 3 years;

* Experienced RS user;

* Experience in food production is extremely preferable;

* Command of Russian language, Uzbek advantage;

* Experience in managing large-scale production;

* Experience in implementing standards and production optimization;

* Experience in managing a team of 100 people.
