A health services network in New York City is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to join one of their hospitals in Brooklyn as their new Director of Recruitment.

About the Opportunity

• Shift: Days
• Setting: Hospital
• Schedule: 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

• Planning, initiating, and overseeing recruitment and employment programs
• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
• Directing recruitment strategy and managing the Recruitment team
• Overseeing budget and resource utilization
• Leading and coordinating recruitment programs and initiatives
• Analyzing workforce staffing trends
• Developing recruitment resources and strategic relationships
• Organizing and participating in recruitment activities

• 2+ years of Recruitment experience in a Healthcare and/or a related setting
• Bachelor's Degree
• Certification in Talent Acquisition or a closely related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)

• Strategic thinking and the ability to formulate effective recruitment strategies.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities
• Analytical skills to assess recruitment programs and activities
• Ability to develop strong relationships within the educational community and other talent sources
• Experience with management information systems in a recruitment context
