Responsible for the recruitment of qualified individuals to meet the corporate and division recruitment strategy and staffing needs at all levels of thedivision. Assist with the accurate measurement and advancement of the division's diversity recruitment initiatives. Identify, develop, and supportrecruitment sources and methods to provide quality candidates for all positions. Assist in the selection of MD1 candidates, manage the MD1 training processand coach MD1 candidates to successfully complete the requirements of the program. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect,honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for all recruiting, hiring, training and development of administrative and store management within the division.
  • Ensure division interviewing process is compliant with all corporate/division and legal guidelines.
  • Use metrics to measure effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Identify, develop and promote diverse recruiting sources and methods.
  • Schedule, coordinate and monitor the MD1 program. Ensure all qualified candidates successfully complete the training program.
  • Champion and oversee the job posting process and promote all available openings using career opportunities tools. (i.e., social media, job boards,Facebook, etc.)
  • Consult with District Manager and HR Coordinator to fill vacancies and place MD1 graduates.
  • Coordinate division activities that are in alignment with and support company internship development initiatives.
  • Assist HR Coordinators in reviewing and analyzing turnover statistics in all departments to identify issues and develop appropriate recruiting andretention plans.
  • Attend job fairs for management and hourly prospects.
  • Assist HR Coordinators in the development of internal candidates for promotions as needed.
  • Coordinate, with HR Coordinator, the activities for major staffing events and remodels.
  • Responsible for managing and tracking recruiting budgets.
  • Achieve training certifications as required.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
