U.S. Bank's Enterprise Strategy team is a high-performing group with a mix of ex-consultants, bankers, and other experienced professionals. Enterprise Strategy leads the creation of the U.S. Bank strategy and enterprise strategic planning across all business lines and corporate functions. We support business lines in strategy development. The Enterprise Strategy Analyst will:Execute high level scoping and issue identification processIdentify project components, define appropriate participant rolesDraft high level workplanCoordinate participation of all needed resourcesManage project executionGuide team members on problem solving activities, ensuring quality of analyses and inferenceManage client team involvementEnsure timely project deliverablesManage client communicationAssigned projects may be enterprise-wide or focused with a specific line of business or function. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
