Full Job Description

Fewer employers are planning to give pay raises to RNs in 2024 and WE DON’T LIKE THAT!

Nurses who stay at a company longer than 2 years without a pay raise earn 50% less than nurses who find new job opportunities. This loss increases every year beyond the two years that you spend in a company with little to no pay increase. New job opportunities allow for new salary negotiations based on new skills and the current market. A pay increase, due to finding a new job, can be 10%-20% or more pay than you’re currently making.

Dialysis Nurses are on the front line of patient care; we understand how important you are to the healthcare industry and patients. Our clients are remaining aggressive on pay , by continuing to provide annual raises significantly above the industry standard and they Do Not Cap Salaries ! They recognize your most recent dialysis experience to calculate paid time off accrual and even offer up to $20,000 SIGN-ON BONUS !
