The Clarion Fire & Rescue Group is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our Sales Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We need someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to handle multiple tasks with finesse. You'll be the backbone of our sales team, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring our clients get top-notch service.

How youll make an impact:

  • Admin Support: Manage databases, handle calls and emails like a pro, assist with expense reporting and billing.
  • Sales Coordination: Help prepare contracts, tackle billing issues, and keep track of sales orders.
  • Data Management: Keep our CRM system in tip-top shape and analyze sales data for insights.
  • Event Coordination: Be a wizard at organizing sales meetings and ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
  • Salesforce Management: Order entry and amending orders.
  • Sales Collateral:Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and enhance sales collateral and presentation materials.

The skills and experience youll need:

  • 3+ years of business development experience and customer acquisition and/or inside sales experience
  • Experience in business-to-business relationship development for educational services, public safety, or healthcare
  • Proven track record in establishing network of contacts and prospects
  • Demonstrated performance in a commission-based or incentive-based compensation program
  • Ability to write or create effective sales presentations and proposals
  • Willingness to work additional hours outside of the established work hours when needed (i.e. for sales demos or at events/conferences)
  • Experience working in the fire industry a plus
  • Current or past state licensure as EMT or Paramedic a plus
