Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at Tradd Advisory Company. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of freight for our clients. Your tasks will include customer service, coordinating shipments, dispatching drivers, and account management. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in Freight Brokerage
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively dispatch drivers and coordinate shipments
- Experience in account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
