WeatherWize LLC is hiring full-time general construction workers to join their team. Our office is located just outside of Engadine and Marquette, Michigan, but we travel the entire Upper Peninsula to provide our services. WeatherWize is Lead Certified, Licensed and Insured, Members of the Home Builders Association and International Log Builders AssociationnnWe will train the right candidate and will be paid to travel the beautiful Upper Peninsula.nnResponsibilities:nnFollowing instruction for kind of work and safety protocol.nMaking on site preparations such as setting up scaffolding, masking, and dust control.nPrepare walls and logs for staining and chinking by using sanders, pressure washing, media blasting and scraping.nCaulking ,chinking and stain application.nTraveling and camping near or at job sites.nTake and adhere to all health and safety precautions.nnRequirements:nnWilling to travel.nDependable Transportation.nManual dexterity and excellent balance to work on scaffolding and ladders.nnBenefits:nnGood starting pay at $20 per hour.nFlexible hours.n4 day work week.nPaid Holiday'sn401-k
