Graduate Recruitment Consultant Roles Available in Philadelphia

$45,000 + Base Salary + Uncapped Commission|1st year OTE Up to $90,000

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant

• Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements.
• Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies.
• Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs.
• Providing professional advice on the job market and managing expectations.
• Bringing on new business and establishing professional relationships in the industry.

The Requirements

• Degree educated - Must have graduated in 2022 or before!
• Sports background preferred
• Demonstration of a strong work ethic
