Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize service requests, utilizing agency action plans to meet target dates and production goals.
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training, adapting materials to agency needs and delivering sessions in-person or via webinar.
  • Conduct assessments, audits, and incident investigations in line with safety programs and agency policies.
  • Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for injury data and trend analysis.
  • Support injury/illness prevention, safety, industrial hygiene, and AIPP compliance.
  • Work independently to provide on-site health and safety support, transferring knowledge to agency personnel.
  • Collaborate in a team environment, understanding and adapting to client needs, building strong relationships, and promoting a safety culture.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years of occupational safety experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong assessment, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking 
  • Extended period of working via computer | Sitting for extended periods of time
