Description

Greets and checks in guests for horseback walking tour. Utilizes the company’s customer service standard when communicating with guests when assisting them with check in duties for the Horseback Walking Tour, such as waiver acknowledgement and signing, and walking guests through tour requirement checks. Utilizes strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment. Works closely with the electronic reservation system and ticket office for guest waivers. Instructs guests on tour restrictions and locations and sights on tour, and other points of interest on the property.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 years’ experience with customer service required. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Experience with computers and iPads, must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, and must be able to problem solve quickly and effectively. 

Schedule: 
Full Time.
