HR Specialist-Intermediate

• 3+ years of experience in industrial-organizational psychology, adult learning, or strategic human capital


• Experience in human capital management, including workforce planning, competency modeling, training and development, career pathing, or performance management


• Knowledge of human capital best practices and domain-specific methodologies


• Requires a TS/SCI and the ability to obtain CI poly.
