Role: IT Infrastructure Operations Manager / Shift Lead

Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite Work)

Hiring Mode: Contract / Full Time

Note: It s a 24/7 rotational shift (Shift 1 (8 AM 5 PM), Shift 2 (4 PM 1 AM), Shift 3 (12 AM 9 AM))

Detailed JD:

Minimum 10 years of experience IT infrastructure operations for a large enterprise.

Experience building, managing, and reporting Shift s. Ability to support any given shift based on rotation roaster.

Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Middleware, Database, Active Directory, Networking Concepts, Security Principles, and DevOps practices

Ability to manage by influence (e.g., matrix management, vendor management, partnering with shared services teams)

Experience with AWS and VMware based data center environment.

Flexibility and adaptability to manage in a changing environment.

Ability to understand the technologies and the business drivers and communicate clearly to the implementation teams and the business.
