Full Job Description
Job Title: Infrastructure Support engineer (Networking)Location: Houston, TX/ Columbus, OH (Hybrid) - USC GC Only
Duration: 6+ Months to permanent
Need Network (Security side person) Checkpoint, firewall etc.
Job description:
We have 2 openings on below req, please find the below supplier notes:
Open to Columbus and Houston flexible on the 3 days a week onsite
4 fte and 1 ftc in Columbus, 4 fte in Houston
2 shifts: 7am 4pm est or 1pm 10pm est (Sun Thurs or Tues Sat) OT is available (4-5 hours a week)
Qty. 2+ positions
Support day to day services for office, network card work, troubleshoot
602 level
Role: Infrastructure Support
Background needed:
3+ years hands on networking experience
Routing and switching Cisco based applications
Load Balancing and Firewall knowledge
Ethernet hardware knowledge
Protocol analyzers riverbed, wireshark, OpNet
Splunk and SevOne knowledge
Must be willing to learn Python or have prior Python knowledge is a plus
Cisco or firewall certification are beneficial team is alright if certification is expired
ability and drive to learn
