Full Job Description

We are looking for a Gem Setter and/or Bench Jeweler to join our workshop in Boynton Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate should have experience in making jewelry and setting gemstones, and should be familiar with working with different precious metals. Here are the main responsibilities and requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Setting stones and diamonds
• Polishing jewelry and rings (before and after setting stones)
• Performing rhodium plating and quality control checks on finished pieces
• General repair work and resizing rings

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in jewelry making
• Familiarity with all types of precious metals
• Ability to work for long periods at a jeweler's bench and polishing station
• Strong skills in assembling jewelry
• Experience in polishing, resizing, and repairing
• Some experience in stone setting is a plus
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality
• Good communication skills

Working Schedule:

Ability to Commute/Relocate:

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Boynton Beach, FL 33436 or plan to relocate before starting work.

Education and Experience:

While a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, what matters most is your hands-on experience and passion for the craft. A minimum of 2 years in jewelry manufacturing and gem setting is required.

Work Location:

This position requires your presence in our workshop.
