Full Job Description

YOUR MISSION
  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning, executing and attending all PUMA NYC Flagship Activations including when these events fall on nights, weekends or holidays
  • Communicate with cross-functional team members to collect relevant event info for planning and recapping events within KPI metrics
  • Keep Marketing Calendar and Activation decks up-to-date
  • Create Run of Show, Deliverables Checklist and Creative Briefs ensuring deadlines and tasks are met
  • Create PO's, process invoices, track expenses & receipts
  • Manage the marketing closet and event deliveries in-store with an organized storage system
  • Meet and greet ambassadors in-store often at a moment's notice.
YOUR TALENT
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant event planning/project management (within retail marketing a plus)
  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office programs like PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with sport, music and fashion industries.
  • Familiarity with relevant cultural moments/trends in NYC
  • Must possess strong communication, writing, and organization skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive.


The Hiring range base pay for this position is $62,400 - $72,015 + Bonus + Benefits
