Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer
Van Dyke Landscape Architects (VDLA ) is in search of a self-motivated and team-oriented landscape architect / landscape designer with approximately 2-5 years experience to join our Solana Beach, CA office . VDLA is a firm with a long history of exemplary work in Southern California, beginning in the early 1970’s. Our diverse portfolio of work includes corporate/biotech site design, planned community developments, urban design / public spaces, institutional / education projects, civic / libraries, parks, national cemeteries, HOA’s and water resource management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional verbal, written and graphic communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage time and schedules efficiently
- Attention to detail and self-checking your work
- Proficiency in AutoCAD production and file management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with hardscape design and detailing
- Strong understanding of southern California landscape palettes, sustainable design practices and water efficient landscape design
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop / Sketchup / Lumion or other rendering software a plus
This is a full-time salaried position.
Other compensation may include merit-based bonuses.
