The Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations is an integral role on the Revenue Operations team and a strategic business partner to our Marketing organization. S/he is responsible for driving operational strategy for the Demand Generation team at ServiceTitan across Marketing, Events and Referrals. Your key stakeholders will include our Sr. Director of Demand Generation and SVP of Marketing. The individual has a well-rounded background - including analytical rigor, project management, and a mix of analytical, strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership to drive day to day analytics, operations and key strategic initiatives/their outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and Annual Operating Plans to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts
  • Discover root causes of performance by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data from various sources, including digital analytics platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
  • Drive day to day Marketing operations through in-depth analysis of the funnel (leads -> demo), identify trends, extracting actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to Marketing leaders
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to understand business objectives and support data-driven decision-making
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling presentations and reports
  • Automate recurring reporting for operational efficiency
What you'll need:
  • 4-6+ years of experience working within a Revenue or Marketing Operations in a B2B SaaS organization (high growth startup preferred)
  • Proven track record of using analytics to drive results and deliver insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Sales and Finance
  • Expert in analyzing large data sets using SQL and BI (Tableau) tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and understanding of data flows between the marketing tech stack (Marketo, Lean Data, ChiliPiper, Drift etc.)

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
