Description

Evans is hiring an Organizational Change Management consultant to join their growing team in one of their contracts in Washington, D.C. You will prepare webinars, outreach materials, and offer change management support. This role will adapt to rollout of new tools and work processes, among other change initiatives and outreach to end users and stakeholders.

  • Provide stakeholder communication and outreach support.
  • Develop and facilitate stakeholder meetings (formal and informal) to ensure buy-in and clearly written requirements.
  • Developing and delivering OCM training for employees and managers to enhance their change management skills and overall strengthen the organizations’ change capacity.
  • Creating change management plans and/or updating plans when changes occur
  • Contributing to change metrics development and implementation.
  • Maintain attention to detail while scheduling meetings involving multiple stakeholders, planning agendas, and facilitating meetings.
  • Managing relevant change management logs (e.g., communication log, award log, resistance management log) and analyzing them for appropriate actions.
  • Contributing to the operations and evolution of the client’s recognition program, including tracking of relevant awards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 5 years of experience.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement communication and facilitation expertise.
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, including adaptability to a changing environment.
  • Organization and time management.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Customer service oriented with a knowledge of principles and procedures for providing excellent client relation support service.
  • Problem solving and innovative solution oriented – ability to see the big picture.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the federal consulting environment preferred.
  • Change Management certificate preferred but not required.
  • Strategic communications expertise.
  • PMP preferred but not required.
