Paediatric A&E Nurse – Worcester

Pulse Nursing are looking for Paediatric Accident and Emergency (A&E) Nurses in Worcester. We believe great things begin with great people. You will be required to support the ward by providing a high standard of care for each individual child, support their families and assess their care needs. 

Pulse Nursing are offering flexible shifts in the Worcestershire area with escalated rates between £30.00 – £43.72 per hour, and a range of shifts available including long days, earlies, lates, nights and twilights.

Paediatric Nurse responsibilities includes:  

• Assess, evaluate, implement and review patients, ranging from 0-18 years old, in a fast paced environment
• Triaging patients upon their arrival into A&E.
• Wound care (suturing and gluing).

• Communicating with doctors and relevant healthcare professionals.

• Using your skills to give high levels of care, whilst learning new skills.

• Working as a team to provide a safe level of care.

Paediatric Nurse Role Requirements:  

• Valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a Paediatric A&E setting 
• To meet the compliance requirements of both the NHS and private sector
• Right to work within the UK – proof will be required
