PEOPLE ANALYTICS RESEARCH ASSOCIATE AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM

Base Salary is $125K to $175K (based upon candidate and experience)

Discretionary Year-end Bonus; Relocation Bonus (if/where needed); and Excellent Benefits

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced, people analytics professional to join its Human Resources Analytics and Products Team as a Research Associate. Members of this team are curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business.

We work in a hybrid model where employees are in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or higher required.

One to Four (1-4) years of Relevant Work Experience Analyzing Data in a Business Setting is required.

People analytics experience is preferred, but not required.

Proficient at calculating inferential statistics using scripting languages such as R or Python.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and intermediate SQL skills are preferred.

Willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively, and drive projects to completion is crucial.

Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information is crucial.

Ability to connect insights to strategic goals and tell a compelling story through clear, concise, and visually pleasing summaries is key to supporting our executive audience.

Individuals who are curious and adept at using data to solve business problems will excel in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

You will use inferential statistics and social science research methods to conduct internal studies for business leaders, enabling them to make data-informed decisions about their people. You will have ample opportunities to partner with leaders from multiple groups across the firm to help them answer their most important talent questions. You will work on a range of people analytics projects related to recruiting and talent assessment, development, management, and retention.
