PEOPLE ANALYTICS SENIOR RESEARCH ASSOCIATE AT GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM

Base Salary is $175K to $250K (based upon candidate and experience)

Discretionary Year-end Bonus; and Excellent Benefits

Solidly established Global FinTech Firm is looking for an experienced, people analytics professional to join its Human Resources Analytics and Products Team as a Senior Research Associate. Members of this team are curators of employee data and leverage it to help answer strategic and operational talent questions for leaders across the business.

We work in a hybrid model where employees are in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree or higher required.

At least Five (5) years of Relevant Work Experience Analyzing Data in a Business Setting is required.

Familiarity with statistics, especially within a Social Science Setting, and Analytical Tools such as Excel, R/Python, and SQL are essential.

Individuals who enjoy managing complex analytics projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholder groups will excel in this role.

Curious and Adept at Socializing and Implementing Client, Data-driven approaches to Business Problems.

Ability to package insights from data, weave them together into a compelling narrative, and develop visually pleasing analytical products for an executive audience is key.

Willingness to readily dive into details, collaborate effectively, and exercise discretion with confidential information is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

You will independently manage long-term talent research projects and leverage our robust data infrastructure to provide analyses that enable the firm's senior business leaders to make data-informed decisions about their people. You will build on our past innovation by working with cross-functional teams to propose and bring to fruition creative approaches to answering talent questions.
