Minimum Qualifications Summary

Certification & Education

• N/A

Experience Required

• 5 years of recent experience working as a PC Technician
• Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining desktop, laptop PCs and peripherals (e.g. printers, KVM Switchbox, monitors)
• Experience in removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
• Experience in maintaining inventory of installed software and software licenses
• Experience in managing and maintaining inventory of user accounts
• Experience in Special Security Office policies to execute SCIF security procedures (e.g., Open, Close)
• Current DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Job Objective

The purpose of this requirement is to provide the USSOCOM Joint Training and Exercises Division (J37) with Joint Training assistance services to support the planning, design, synchronization, execution, and evaluation of Special Operations Forces (SOF) exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance to desktop computers, laptop computers, and computer peripherals.
• Provide support for data migration, software updates, user accounts, and maintaining appropriate security protocols.
