Private Wealth Solutions was established to answer the growing demand for Blackstone products from high-net worth investors. Partnering with many of the world's largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone's Private Wealth Solutions team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone's alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

The Global Business Strategy team plays an integral role in identifying and driving key initiatives, coordinating, and aligning different functional areas, developing and managing strategic action plans, and facilitating an integrated approach to the organizational growth of Blackstone Private Wealth Solutions. The team will function as internal strategy consultants to help drive decision making and facilitate strategic and growth planning globally.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Help drive strategic and operational initiatives within Private Wealth that focus on new projects and process optimization, from initial assessment through recommendation / implementation.
  • Research white space opportunities for business growth and expansion internationally, including new geographic markets and new business channels.
  • Thoroughly analyze and evaluate internal business plans for strategic planning, working with a cross-functional team to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based decision making, apply thoughtful analytics to business opportunities, and identify success metrics to track progress against goals.
  • Identify procedural gaps in existing workflows and work to drive operational enhancement with optimization, automation, system improvements and data where possible.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to define needs, enable new capabilities and deliver holistic solutions.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of Investment Banking experience preferred.
  • Strong academic record and professional accomplishment

Expected annual base salary range:

$110,000 - $120,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
