Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects and visits with customers and local resources.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of technology solutions at customer facilities and testing/demo locations.
  • Attend meetings while on site to keep remote groups informed.
  • Engage with customer stakeholders and their employees to establish a strong presence as the primary technical resource on site.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for local service teams and work with Engineering as needed.
  • Site-specific programming, testing firmware, conduct server and equipment software configurations or updates, and review customer materials such as warehouse layout CAD drawings.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support inquiries and decisions being made by customers and other departments.
  • Record customer experiences, test results, status updates and share with team.
  • Present high level updates to Management regarding status of projects.
  • Assist with onboarding customer end users and stakeholders to achieve their buy-in and comfort with new technology.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT or Engineering) - or equivalent experience will be considered
  • Must have valid driving privileges
  • Extensive Travel and Overnight Stays (over 20%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • A four year degree in Electronics, Information Technology, or Engineering. 
  • Advanced computer skills, interpersonal skills, and technical field experience in the lift truck industry are desired.
  • Must be self-motivated to made big picture decisions without direct supervision and should be comfortable speaking in front of larger groups.
