Electronic and Electrical Engineer - Boeing St. Louis Networking and Hiring Event - Interest Submission

Are you a Production Engineer in St. Louis or willing to relocate to the St. Louis area with a U.S. Security Clearance, or do you have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance? If so, our team wants to meet you!  We are hosting an in-person Networking and Hiring Event in the St. Louis / St. Charles area for Engineering Talent to come together and chat with BDS Engineering Recruiters and team members. This event serves as a prime opportunity for engineers seeking new challenges and professional growth to connect with industry experts and explore career opportunities with our dynamic team.

  • Thursday, April 4th – Virtual Interview Day (for those not local but open to relocating)

  • Wednesday, April 10th – Networking Event

  • Thursday, April 11th – In person Interview Day

Position Overview:

At Boeing, our engineering teams have the unique opportunity to design, develop and support the future of autonomous systems and next-generation aircraft and training systems, supporting cutting edge fighter jets like the F-15EX, or working in propriety spaces. The Air Dominance portfolio includes Phantom Works, T-7 Red Hawk, F-15EX, MQ-25 Stingray, F/A-18 Super Hornet and the EA-18G Growler.

Our teams currently have opportunities for a broad range of engineering disciplines and levels including Associate, Experienced, and Lead levels:

• Product Review Engineer

• Manufacturing Engineer


This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

  • Prior engineering experience

Typical Education & Experience:
Associate (Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Experienced (Level 3) : E ducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Lead (Level 4) : E ducation/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range for associate level: $75,650 - $102,350

Summary pay range for experienced level: $90,100 - $121,900

Summary pay range for lead level: $109,650 - $148,350
